As the core driving force of a new round of industrial transformation, artificial intelligence has become a new focus of international competition and a new engine of economic development. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a wide-ranging tool that enables people to rethink how we integrate information, analyze data, and use the resulting insights to improve decision-making—and already it is transforming every walk of life. The 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Computer Engineering（ICAICE 2022）will be held during November 11-13, 2022 in Dalian, China. ICAICE is an annual conference held successfully in Beijing and Hangzhou for two years. ICAICE2022 is organized by Dalian Jiaotong University and Dalian Computer Society, and co-organized by Dalian Ocean University, Dalian Minzu University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, etc. It is a hybrid conference combing both in-person and virtual experiences. The idea of the conference is for scientists, scholars, engineers, and students from all over the world to present ongoing research activities related to artificial intelligence and computational engineering, strengthening existing partnerships and fostering new collaborations.

I. Submit to conference proceedings

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICAICE 2022 will be submitted to the publisher（SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X) ） for publication consideration and submitted for indexing by EI and Scopus. Please note that the final approval of all manuscripts will be decided by the editorial board of the publisher, and the publisher reserves its right not to accept the papers at its discretion.
